Overview

LucaDeli Organic Kitchen K.K. was thrilled to have been able to provide and cater food to the French and Swedish Olympic programs. Lucadeli was asked to cater food for Club France and Club Sweden. A short description of what Clubs are - In a spirit of outreach to the world and universality, the Club is a full-fledged embassy to countries during the Games. Club France opened its doors to all French delegation members, athletes, press, managers, VIPs, royalties, and the head of country. LucaDeli catered food for the entirety of the Olympics providing breakfast and dinner for Club Sweden and lunch and dinner for Club France. LucaDeli was more than thrilled to be able to provide for Club France and Club sweden.

Service

LucaDeli provided Club France with daily lunch and dinner, while Club Sweden with breakfast and dinner. Club sweden was a typical cater where lucadeli brought pre-made food from our kitchen to the on-site area for Club sweden. While for Club France LucaDeli was provided with a small kitchen within the building. For every meal LucaDeli provided three options for appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Each person had the opportunity to customize their meal each day. LucaDeli incorporated foods from different origins in each selective option to keep the meals interesting and compelling to the people working in, and for Club France. Not only did LucaDeli service all people involved in Club France, but LucaDeli also serviced any working official including athletes, head of country, and royals from all clubs. Anyone who wished to eat with us was more than welcome to.

Food

LucaDeli devised a detailed menu for the Olympics, making sure that everyone could enjoy the food that was served. LucaDeli served all natural and organic foods to keep our modo inplace. LucaDeli was very cautious to very rarely repeat dishes, and to keep the maels unique and interesting for everyone. LucaDeli incorporated foods not only native to France and Sweden but also traditional Japanese foods such as soba, tempura, and food. As we are a strong enthusiast of balanced and healthy diet LucaDeli also enforced foods with strong nutritional value.

Menu

LucaDeli created a detailed menu for the Olympics while keeping our style intact. Many people, including President Macron, enjoyed the natural and organic foods served by LucaDeli. LucaDeli was very careful not to repeat dishes in order to keep the meals unique and interesting. LucaDeli incorporated not only French and Swedish foods, but also traditional Japanese foods like soba, tempura, and food. As a firm believer in a well-balanced and healthy diet, LucaDeli also emphasized foods with high nutritional value.
